SD Home Pix is Konstantinos Manolis, working out of Ocean Beach at 4334 Voltaire St, and shooting listings across San Diego and Southern California. There is no studio staff and no second shooter on the invoice. One photographer takes the booking, walks the property, and delivers the files.

A Nikon on the ground, medium format for the interiors, a drone overhead.
Every visit runs on a Nikon Z5 and a Fujifilm GFX 50S medium format body for stills, with a Hasselblad L1D-20c doing the aerial work. Medium format's larger sensor is what holds a bright window and a shadowed vanity in the same bracketed frame without either one giving up detail, and the extra resolution is why an interior still looks sharp when a listing photo gets blown up on a desktop or a 4K screen instead of shrunk into a thumbnail.
