Four details make the quote exact on the first reply.
None of it needs to be formal. A rough estimate on square footage is fine, and if the services are not decided yet, that is fine too.

So the drive, the light at that time of year, and the airspace around it can all be checked before the shoot is booked.

Square footage
Packages are built around homes up to 2,000 square feet. Larger listings are quoted at the same per photo and per video rate.

Roughly when it lists
If the date is tight, flag it. The twilight window is a fixed few minutes after sunset and it is the one part of a shoot that cannot be moved to fit around a full calendar.

HDR, twilight, aerial, a 360 tour, walkthrough video, or a mix. Undecided is an answer too, and the reply will lay out what fits the listing.
