Six ways to show a property, chosen for what the listing actually needs.

A studio condo does not need a neighbourhood film, and a view lot is wasted without an aerial pass. HDR, twilight and aerial cover most visits on their own. Virtual tours, video and business portraits get added when the property, or the agent, calls for them.

Where every package starts

HDR Photography

Every still is bracketed, several exposures of the same frame layered together, so a window keeps its view instead of blowing to a white rectangle while the room goes dark. That is what reads as wider, crisper and three dimensional on a listing thumbnail. Packages run from 10 photos up to 50 for homes up to 2,000 square feet, and verticals are kept straight throughout, because a leaning door frame reads as amateur even to someone who could not say why.

Twilight and Blue Hour

Shot in the short window between sunset and true dark, when the sky still holds colour and every lamp inside the house reads warm against it. It is the frame buyers stop scrolling on, because it is the only one that shows the house as somewhere you would live in the evening rather than tour on a Saturday. A blue hour session is added to a regular photo package and can be shot on the same visit or on its own evening, whichever the listing date allows.

Floor Plan
A scaled floor plan of the property, delivered alongside your photo or video package so buyers can see how the rooms connect before they walk in.
Sky Replacement
Swaps a flat grey day for a clean blue one, applied per photo, useful when the shoot lands on an overcast morning and the listing date will not move.
Grass Replacement
Greens a lawn that is out of season or patchy, applied photo by photo rather than across the whole set.
360 Dollhouse Tour

Community Amenity Photos
